This is the announcement that all the sharks are waiting for.. the official date of the presale & the launch of Sharky Swap v1 on Arbitrum blockchain!

All the team is happy and is eager to show you little by little all the surprises that we are developing for you, starting these following days, Sharky Swap testnet will be shut down to let place to the mainnet version including the presale:

Presale Distribution

Protocol Owned Liquidity (POL)

74% of the funds raised by the presale will go the native liquidity pool of the dex and each pool will receive 50% of the total amount.

Reserves

2% of the funds raised by the presale will go to the protocol’s reserves, the wallet will be public and every transaction will be transparent, it has several utility such as pay the staff of Sharky Swap (Moderators, Advisors etc.), pay for admin securities (KYC, Audits etc.).

Core Team

10% of the funds raised by the presale will go to the core team, note that not all the funds will go to the original founders, since a new core team member can be hired at anytime, especially a ZK Dev.

Ecosystem Development Funds

14% of the funds raised by the presale will go to the Ecosystem Development Funds, this wallet will be used to pay the future freelancers we will work with.

Example if $200,000 are raised:

> $148,000 (74%) will go to the POL part, $74,000 (50%) to the SHARKY-USDC pool and $74,000 (50%) to the SHARKY-ETH pool.

> $4,000 (2%) will go to the reserves wallet.

> $20,000 (10%) will go to the core team wallet.

> $28,000 (14%) will go to the ecosystem development funds.
